Before your consultation

Your first consultation is a discussion. It does not commit you to treatment. Dr Saraa will discuss your concerns, treatment goals, relevant medical history, current medications and any previous aesthetics treatments.
Where relevant, particularly for facial skin assessment, it may be helpful to attend without make-up where possible. Please also bring any questions you would like to discuss.

Suitability and individual assessment

  1. Treatment planning

    Every Laguna Aesthetics treatment plan is shaped during consultation. Dr Saraa will discuss your goals, examine the relevant area, explain options that may be suitable and provide guide pricing. There is no pressure to proceed on the day.

  2. Treatments

    Aesthetics treatments is carried out by Dr Saraa in the calm surroundings of a dedicated treatment room within the Lagoon premises.

  3. Treatment suitability

    Treatment suitability is assessed individually. Where treatment is not appropriate, Dr Saraa will explain why and, where suitable, discuss alternatives. Treatment may be postponed or declined where it is not clinically appropriate.

  4. Aftercare and next steps

    Where treatment is appropriate, Dr Saraa will explain aftercare and provide written guidance. Follow-up arrangements will be explained where needed. If you have any concerns following treatment, please contact us promptly.

Pricing and appointments

Pricing shown on our website is a guide. Final pricing for your treatment is confirmed during consultation before any treatment goes ahead. This approach is appropriate because the amount and type of treatment required can vary between clients, depending on individual assessment and treatment goals.

Appointments may be arranged by phone, email or through the consultation request form. Where a deposit is required for a particular appointment type, this will be explained at the time of booking.
